Cingular Treo 650 unocked?
Yes. There are two situations in which Cingular will provide you the code to unlock your 650:
1. You paid full price and are on a month-to-month contract. Full price on the Cingular 650 is $549. This is what I did and am able to use it anywhere in the world on pre-paid SIMs.
2. You have used it on the Cingular network (with a contract) for a minimum of 90 days.
This is the "subsidy unlock policy" Cingular has currently. I'm sure it can change at any time. I believe this is the first Treo that has not come unlocked. Bit of a pain, but after unlocking you will be free again.
