How can i get the phone to play youtube videos?
Yes i am a noob and this is my first pda. I've been able to download anything in .wma but stuff in .flv I cant. Is there some easy to understand third party softwear that would allow me to watch stuff in .flv?

how to watch youtube videos on treo 700wx:
step 1: go to mytreo.net and download tcpmp for windows mobile. its a free download.
step 2: go to tinytube.net and you can search many video websites, including youtube.
step 3: it will give you 3 options for downloading low high and stream. choose high. unless the video has been downloaded before it will take a little while to prepare, just keep refreshing the page until it gives you the ready link. the reason it does this it automatically converts the videos to a mobile format. so the large the file the longer the conversion time. I downloaded a 4 hour movie though.

just so you know tinytube.net works on most sprint phone that are multimedia not just pda's. so share the love

You can also download flash player 7 to your Treo and it will allow most of the you tube vids to play as well as most of the other flash enabled websites out there....
