I can't receive any phone calls
I can't find any help regarding this problem. This is the 3rd replacement and the problem happened again. In fact I'm on hold right now with Verizon Tech support. I can't receive any incoming calls. I've tried everything..soft reset, hard reset. Remove memory card, insert mem card. Close all programs running in the background...everything and my phone just doesn't receive any calls. Anyone ever had the same problem? Please help...I'm about ready to slam this phone against the wall into a thousand pieces. AHHHHH!

if you arent receiving calls it probably has something to do with the switch, not the phone itself.
