Motorola V360 / V361

how do i add a midi file into my v360 and set it as a ring tone, is that possible, ive been trying to get this ringtone for the longest time and the only file i could find on it is MIDI. :**(

Can someone please tell me how to, if there is a way, to transfer ALL contacts to my Sim card at one time. I have switched phones and when I put my SIM card in the new phone, i have no contacts. Thanks for any and all help!

Is there any way I can rewind or foward when using the mp3 player on my motorola v360?

When I use my stereo headphones, the volume is too loud on setting 1 - can it be adjusted to be lower?

I'm looking to use this phone as a modem for my laptop.

But I would need to use the EDGE hi speed data network on Tmobile and bluetooth the internet to my laptop and/or PDA. That way i wouldnt be on a dialup server burning up minutes.

Anyone do this with the V360???

Can anyone help me?? I have a Motorola V360 with T-mobile service. It's a new phone. When I plug in the phone to charge, it goes silent and does not ring when someone calls me or when the alarm is set to ring. I checked the ring style and it's set to "loud" and the volume is turned up all the way. I changed the ring style while the phone is plugged in charging and it doesn't matter- still no sound. I performed a "Master Reset" on the phone. I called T-mobile and they sent me a new phone. I called Motorola and they offered no help either. What is going on?? Is this phone just stupid and it doesn't ring when being charged or am I the stupid one and I can't figure out the settings? If you have this phone and the same problem please contact me!

im having a little trouble getting songs on my phone.
i dont know how to do it. I tryed plugging my phone into my computer via usb, but as soon as i plug it in a message on my phone appears "some files and applications are not be accessible."
then when i try to click and drag a song into the "removeble disc" drive my computer tells me "please insert a disc into DRIVE E:"

any ideas?

also, while my phone is hooked up by the usb cable, it "beeps" non stop changing the ring style on its own...

What kinds of mp3's does the phone take, I transfer my mp3's from the computer onto the memory card in the audio folder using the usb but i cant find them on the phone. Where should i look? How do you do it?

4 some reason when i hook up the usb cable 2 my computer now it will not show that icon anymore, the I: removable or it wont charge my phone like it used 2, any suggestions on how 2 fix this problem? i have no clue what happened, and this is the cable that came with the phone it was workin the whole time till now..

I recently bought my v360 and I'm loving it. the 64M card that came with it is nice but I've found several 512M Transflash micro SD cards on eBay for between $20 - $40.
Has anyone had any experience with one of these cheap cards? Could they screw up my phone or invalidate my warranty?

Can you make mp3s ringtones? On the front profile of the phone, it says you can. :/ If you can, how?
Also, I keep getting a text message. From no one in particular. But I've gotten the same message twice. I thought it was funny at first and thought the person might've sent it to the wrong person, but now I've received it twice...
It's just saying like those stupid ads where it's like oh, I'm a twenty year old man, that's really cute. and whatever. Yeah...
I really don't consider myself a gay man. ..D;

And finally, can you get a bigger memory card for the phone?

i'm pretty sure this phone doesn't have the feature but i'm going to ask anyways. does anyone know if you're able to put a banner on the main screen? right now, i have Rogers (which is my provider) with the date under it, and then the time as well. i've been looking and trying but i can't seem to find an option for it. if anyone could help me that'd be awesome!

does the Motorola v360 come in prepaid and if so do u know how much it is because i am dying to get that phone but my 'rents said it got ta be a prepaid phone $150.00 and under and if u have the phone can u tell me how does it work like if it is a good phone and stuff like that k thanks

How do you download mp3's onto the phone? Also, can you download music directly from the internet? This is the main reason I picked this particular phone and now I'm stuck.... 😕

Does anyone else have this problem?
I tried to place an mp3 file via bluetooth from my computer to the phone memory (not the memory card). But when I take a look at the phone memory afterwards, the file isn't there.
Then I placed the mp3 file on the memory card, and tried to move or copy the file to the phone memory. But afterwards, the file is still not there. Does this happen to anyone else?
I thought that maybe the file was too big, so I tried it with a 10Kb mp3 file, and it didn't work either. I can't get it on the phone memory.

Is there a way to stop the phone from beeping when the battery gets low?
