Sure is alot of people with Verizon and Sprint all bent outta shape about this phone so much they gotta talk crap about it. I know that even though Sprint and Verizon has EVDO built out and it will take AT&T awile to catch up if they ever do but face it. Your Phones are crap. And your stuck with the choice you made . Get over it. The iphone with no 3g is better than any 3g crap that Verizon or sprint has to offer. Im not planing on getting one cause i waiting on The SE to drop later this year. But i might get one Just to have it. I hope they come out with an unlocked Version.

Hey read through a few comments and some of you make some good points... I think the iphone is going to be awesome... However I am certainly not going to be waiting in line to get one of these phones first here is why.

Remember when the Razr was the coolest thing to happen to a cell phone in a while? And what was it’s price? If memory serves it was 4-5 hundred and like 350 if you got a rebate. And looking on the Razr forum those first few phones were a bit buggy. I purchased my razr for $50 buck after waiting a while. Yea I wasn’t the first kid on the block to have one, but who cares? I didn’t have to deal with unreliable $400 dollar phone. Just as the Razr was so hot so will the iphone fall into that status.. “was” they will be giving ...

i think ATT should adopt the 10% restocking fee. 😈 if people knew that they would be charged 10% of the retail cost of the phone they would think twice b4 getting a nokia 2610 and testing it for a week before trying to trade it in for a razr v3xx.!!!

Tommorow we are closing at 4pm for OPUS to do an update (Thats the real reason we are closing, because we all have to logged off of OPUS. Vista compatible? heh heh 🤣 I think that ironic thing about it is -- we've had windows based "smart phones" and this one comes along and all these people -- some smart I hope....may not even know how to use a MAC or APPLE as its called now ... so how the hell are they going to learn to use a phone from them?!

Im not sure if anyone has covered this yet so ill say it again just to be sure.


We will not be activating iPhones in the store. You buy it and take it home and activate it throught iTunes yourself. So you have to have a computer with internet access to own an iPhone.

I have itunes on my pc however i have never registered with apple. In fact I only use it for saving my songs from cd and then put on my ipod. I understand that in order for the iphone to be synced your itunes must first be registered.

My question: Once I register my itunes will I lose my previous music? Will the iphone only support music PURCHASED from itunes or can I still hear my cd collection on the iphone?

i read in an interview the sim card will be housed in the top of the iphone. in the video apple put out about the iphone they show a little slot on the top of the iphone. the video does not say what it is for but i think underneath that little cover you put the sim card. just my guess 🙂

Im gonna warn you AGAIN the only form of payment acceptable is CREDIT CARD or a DEBIT CARD that can be run as credit. Go ahead in my other thread and call me a idiot but im gonna laugh my @ss off when you come back to this forum and go oh crap hes right. The way the reciept comes out for the ITUNES registration has to be run from a credit card. I just did a stupid 3 hour training yesturday and they said over and over and over again CREDIT CARD ONLY.

So go ahead dont believe me and show up with cash I hope you come to my store so I can laugh at you when you have waited in line all day and cant get one.
