LG VX-8500 Chocolate

Many podcast are available on PBS, ABC ect. I have succesfully downloaded (and listened to) these podcasts on my computer using Media 10, but have been unsuccesful in syncing these podcasts to my chocolate phone (and also my Rio Riot MP3 player) using Media Player 10. I get an error message. Are there any conversion programs out there? Or is it just impossible to do what I am attempting to do.

My contract is up in a few weeks, and I plan on renewing with a 2 yr contract. I am interested in the chocolate and was wondering about the cost. Can I buy the memory card anywhere else or only at verizon? Assuming I want the 2 gig card and media kit, what should the cost be with the credit you get every 2 yrs and the contract extension etc etc ? ?

Has anyone noticed that when you're listening in Shuffle mode and you skip out of one song if you don't want to hear it (ie: shuffled track #3) to the different song (ie: shuffled track #😎, once that song is done, it'll go right back to the track you skipped (#3)?

Is there a way to move music from your memory card to the phone memory or do you have to use GET IT NOW?

i cant seem to get the songs to show up on my friends 8500. i took my card from my 8300 and put it in his phone. the movies show up fine but i cant seem to view the mp3s.

Should I get the extended battery because I am afraid that with all the music listening I might run out of juice.Thanks

Is there a way to just get the envelope when I receive a text message rather than the screen that pops up saying "new message from mr. smith view now or view later" I tried locking the phone but even locked you can still see who text messages are coming from.

I loaded songs using WMP v.10 and the random feature was working. I added additional songs straight to the card using an SD cardreader and now the songs won't play at random even though the feature is turned on. help!

I ordered another Chocolate phone for my neice from CS and when it arrived I noticed there was a white dot sticker on the side of the box. My box has an orange one. Anyone know what this means? I know back when the 8100's came out there was something about these dots but I don't remember (and it wasn't when they changed the software version).

Just got chocolate today, though worse case scenario must happen (drop charger on screen, big scratch) though I was wondering the best way to remove fingerprints without damaging anything? Sorry if it's obvious, I'm paranoid about new things.

Anybody have used any of those bluetooth headsets?
I think I'll buy one of those, but I'm not sure which one's better..

Is there a way to increase the size of the photo that comes up when someone is calling you?

I would like to change the power on/off sounds to my own sound but I can't find a way to change this. The only thing i see is "sound settings" option 7 to turn them "on" or "off" help!
